Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK customers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Return Window All customers benefit from a 30-day return window from the date of receipt.
Conditions for Returns Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Opened hygiene or cosmetic products
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are exercising your right of withdrawal: return shipping is at your expense
- If the item is defective or we made an error: we cover return shipping costs
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Refunds Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, via your original payment method.
