Purpose These terms govern all purchases made on MFshop (mfshop1.com) by consumers located in the EU, UK, USA, and Canada.

Pricing All prices are displayed in the currency of your market (EUR / GBP / USD / CAD) and include applicable taxes.

Orders Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK) EU and UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Liability MFshop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
